Website Maintenance is charged incrementaly and billed monthly, at the end of the month. Payment is due within 15 days of the billed date.

Any invoices outstanding after 60 days will result in an interruption of the web site. A reconnection fee of $15.00 will apply. Interest will be charged on payments beginning the 30th day after billed date.

There are no refunds on services rendered. Hosting accounts are paid annually but the company does not offer a refund on unused services. Renewals for the next year are due 2 weeks before expiration date or you risk the chance of losing email/data if the hosting account should lapse.
By sending your payment through paypal, you are stating that you understand this refund policy.

Design Credits

Purchase "Design Credits" to pay for website updates: Credits are $1.00 each and will cover 2 minutes of design/maint. service. 30 credits will purchase 1 hour of updates. Enter quantity at check out to equal the total payment amount that you'd like to make. Example: $17.00 would be the same as 17 $1.00 credits. If you have an invoice for $121.00 and would like to pay that amount, simply purchase 121 design credits. No taxes or shipping will be applied.
